 तकनीकी का महत्व

विज्ञान और तकनीकी के क्षेत्र में विकास किसी भी देश के लोगों के लिए दूसरे देश के लोगों के साथ कंधे से कंधा मिलाकर चलने के लिए बहुत अधिक आवश्यक है। विज्ञान और तकनीकी का विकास तथ्यों के विश्लेषण और उचित समझ पर निर्भर करता है। प्रौद्योगिकी का विकास सही दिशा में विभिन्न वैज्ञानिक ज्ञान के आवेदन के तरीकों पर निर्भर करता है।

Importance of Technology

Development in the field of science and technology is very much necessary for the people of any country to walk shoulder to shoulder with the people of other countries. The development of science and technology depends on the analysis and proper understanding of facts. The development of technology depends on the methods of application of various scientific knowledge in the right direction.

तकनीकी में उन्नति के कुछ उदाहरण, रेलवे प्रणाली की स्थापना, मैट्रो की स्थापना, रेलवे आरक्षण प्रणाली, इंटरनेट, सुपर कम्प्यूटर, मोबाइल, स्मार्ट फोन, लगभग सभी क्षेत्रों में लोगों की ऑनलाइन पहुँच, आदि है। देश में विकास के लिए अंतरिक्ष संगठन, और कई शैक्षणिक संस्थाओं में अधिक अवसरों का निर्माण कर रही है। 

Some examples of advancement in technology are establishment of railway system, establishment of metro, railway reservation system, internet, super computer, mobile, smart phone, online access of people in almost all areas, etc. Space organization for development in the country, and is creating more opportunities in many educational institutions.

आधुनिक जीवन में तकनीकी प्रगति ने हमें दुनिया भर में कई उल्लेखनीय अंतर्दृष्टि प्रदान की हैं। वैज्ञानिक क्रांतियों ने 20 वीं शताब्दी से अपनी पूरी गति ले ली है और 21 वीं सदी में अधिक अग्रिम हो गई है।
Technological advances in modern life have given us many remarkable insights into the world. Scientific revolutions have taken their full momentum from the 20th century and have become more advance in the 21st century.

हमने नई सदी में नए तरीकों से प्रवेश किया है और लोगों की भलाई के लिए सभी व्यवस्थाओं के साथ उन्नति कर रहे हैं। आधुनिक संस्कृति और सभ्यता विज्ञान और प्रौद्योगिकियों पर निर्भर हो गई है क्योंकि वे लोगों की आवश्यकता और आवश्यकता के अनुसार जीवन का अभिन्न अंग बन गए हैं।

 विज्ञान और तकनीकी /Science and Technologyहम विज्ञान और तकनीकी के समय में रह रहे हैं।तकनीकी  से जीवन के हरेक क्षेत्र को सही ढंग से संचालित करने और लगभग सभी समस्याओं को सुलझाने के लिए आधुनिक उपकरणों की खोज की गई है । विज्ञान और तकनीकी चिकित्सा , शिक्षा, बुनियादी ढांचा, ऊर्जा निर्माण, सूचना प्रौद्योगिकी और अन्य क्षेत्रों में लागू किए बिना सभी लाभों को प्राप्त करना संभव नहीं था। यदि हम विज्ञान में प्रगति नहीं करते तो आज भी हमारा जीवन पहले की तरह दुष्कर और कठिन होता। नवीन आविष्कारों ने हमें बहुत लाभ पहुँचाया है।

आज सुबह सदा की भान्ति में जब अख़बार हाथ में लिया तो फ्लॉइंग ममेन के नाम से जाने जाने वाले 'फ्लाइंग सिख' दुनिया में नहीं रहे। .. भगवन उनकी आत्मा को शांति प्रदान करे।   दुनिया के बड़े-बड़े एथलीटों को धूल चटाने वाले 'फ्लाइंग सिख' मिल्खा सिंह अब इस दुनिया में नहीं हैं. शनिवार शाम को चंडीगढ़ में राजकीय सम्मान के साथ उनका अंतिम संस्कार हुआ. पंजाब के मुख्यमंत्री कैप्टन अमरिंदर सिंह ने कहा है कि मिल्खा सिंह के निधन पर पंजाब राज्य  में एक दिन का शोक रखा जाएगा। 

देश के दमदार धावक व अपनी उपलब्धियों से दुनिया में भारत का नाम करने वाले एथलीट मिल्खा सिंह का शुक्रवार देर रात निधन हो गया. कोरोना से ठीक होने के बाद व...

इसी हफ्ते पत्नी की मौत हो जाने के बाद वे मिल्खा सिंह अपनी पत्नी के दाह संस्कार में भी शामिल नहीं हो सके थे क्योंकि वे खुद भी आईसीयू में भर्ती थे. चंडीगढ़ के PGIMER अस्पताल ने भी एक स्टेटमेंट जारी करके उनके निधन की सूचना दी है. 

Small Drops of Rain

 Today in my daily diary on 18.06.2021, when I woke up in the morning, today there was a cold wind blowing, the weather was fine and I sat down after doing whatever little exercise I had in my routine and today those cold air which was going slow. He started getting sluggish, but he started sluggish outside in the open. After about 1 hour my eyes opened. I went to the office after taking a bath and getting ready, after working all day, I came home by bike in the evening, since the corona is going on, I go to the office alone by bike.

When I was coming back in the evening, in the middle of the way, small drops of rain took away all the fatigue, when I came home, the rain had gone a bit strong, I was enjoying it very much, I was thinking that today I am getting drenched in this rain. But when I came out of the house after changing clothes, the rain had stopped. ... regret. .. but it is the rainy season, if not today then after two days whenever it rains, do not leave the chance to get wet in the rain. that's it for today. Thank you

आज 18.06.2021 को मेरी डेली डायरी में , जब में सुबह उठा तो आज ठंडी ठंडी हवा चल रही थी ,मौसम ठीक ठाक था और मैने अपनी दिनचर्या में जो भी थोड़ा बहुत व्यायाम था वो करने के बाद बैठ गया और आज उन ठंडी हवा जो धीमी गति से चल रही थी। उससे  सुस्ती आने लगी में वही बाहर खुले में सुस्ताने लगा। लगभग १घन्टे बाद मेरी आँख खुली। मै नहाने और तैयार होकर आपने ऑफिस चला गया , दिन भर काम करने के बाद शाम को बाइक से घर आगया जब से कोरोना चल रहा ही मै बाइक से अकेले ऑफिस जाता हूँ। 

जब शाम को वापस आ रहा था तो बीच रास्ते में बारिश की छोटी छोटी बूंदो ने सारी थकान दूर कर दी , जब में घर आया तो बारिश थोड़ी तेज  गई थी ,बड़ा ही मज़ा आ रहा था सोच रहा था की में आज इस बारिश में भीगने का पूरा आनंद लूंगा लेकिन जब में कपड़े बदल कर घर से बाहर आया तो बारिश बंद हो चुकी थी। ... अफ़सोस। .. लेकिन बारिश का मौसम है  आज नहीं तो दो दिन बाद जब भी बारिश होंगे तो बारिश में भीगने का मौका नहीं छोडुंग।  आज के लिए इतना ही।   धन्यवाद 

Bicycle Healthy

 

Good evening, today on 16/06/2021 I got up early at 5 am as per my routine. Then after having tea and breakfast, I did some light exercise to keep my body fit as usual. After that, I came after walking 5-7 km while riding my cycle. Due to which a lot of energy was burnt from the body. And the body is also fit and extra fat is also burnt. . Cycling is a great form of physical exercise. Do this much exercise for today and stay healthy.

शुभ सांध्य ,आज 16/06/2021 को मै मेरी दिनचर्या के अनुसार 5 बजे प्रातः जल्दी उठ गया। फिर चाय और नस्ता करने के बाद रोज़ की तरह में बॉडी फिट रखने के लिये मेने कुछ हल्का व्यायाम किया। उसके बाद में मेरी साईकिल लेकर साईकिल चलाते हुये 5 -7 किलोमीटर टहल कर  आया। जिससे शरीर से काफी एनर्जी बर्न हुई। और शरीर भी फिट और एक्स्ट्रा वसा भी बर्न होता है। . साइक्लिंग शारीरिक व्यायाम का एक उत्तम तरीका है। आज के लिए इतनाही व्यायाम करिये और स्वस्थ रहिये।
